Terrible customer service. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing if you know what I mean. They want the money, but don't want anything to do with you after they get paid. Shop elsewhere and be happy. I warned you.

If you are going to refund a customers purchase, you should follow an industry standard and refer the following information for us: 1. Type of purchase (VISA, MC, Discover etc....) 2. Last 4 digits of CC number 3. Amount refunded 4. Date/Time of refund 5. Company making the refund 6. Name of CSR making contact with customer Confusion is what you have caused, along with an overdraft charge to my Debit card for placing $305.24 authorization (01/30) to the JXX FCU VISA Account XXXX. $50 in overdraft charges, doesn't make the item I bought from you much of a "deal" now. You also refunded this purchase to my Discover Card and my PayPal account. Three (3) refunds on one purchase. What is this refund today for? So how about doing us a favor and sending me an email with the requested info (1 thru 6) concerning the VISA ending in XXXX, the original purchase that I called and canceled just second after realizing it was the wrong card to use. Would "please" help? Complaint Summary
Placed order and dealtree.net refuses to provide me with info on charges refunded.
Resolution Sought
Provide my bank a fax on dealtree.net letterhead, with amount, card #, date, and csr name of refund posted.
No respone......jerks!
