Extremely disappointed. Purchased a MAC Book Pro one year ago. The fan started making scraping noises. As directed, took to the local Apple Store. Received a voice mail two days later stating that although it was still under warranty, they would NOT honor the warranty.
Received conflicting reasons as to why they would not honor the warranty. Final statement was because they detected "contamination" on the keyboard and one the screen.
The keyboard and screen are spotless.
Beware of this company. "Warranty" decisions will not be in your favor.
