Terrible Customer Service.
Do not spend your money with eVoice or OneBox... as if they do not want to take-the-time to take-care-of-you. That said, why IN THE WORLD would you spend your money on them?. Seriously. Don't be fooled.
I tried signing up, the sales agent (Ms Charles, or so she said that was her name) said she would call me back, after I asked her questions she did not understand. Simple ones too. About getting an additional line in another state.
She of coarse, ditched me... and never returned my call.
AVOID eVoice, OneBox... and go somewhere else!
