I called them after seeing the commercial on T.V. I was having a hard time making the minimum payments on my credit cards and thought they could help. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and upfront about the program which I appreciate because it shows that he really cares about getting me out of debt. They were very flexible with the payments and I had my 18k+ debt payed off in a year and a half. They saved me a ton. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS BUT THE SITE WONT LET ME CHOOSE THE STARS
