My insurance company and I paid all the charges they billed us. However, Westside refunded part of the payment made by my insurance company to them without any request to that effect (yes!! they actually didn't want the money my insurance company paid them as per my policy guidelines) and started to send me bills for it and wanted me to pay the amount. This doesn't make any sense. They continue to bill me and inconvience me with remaining balance notices. I have spoken to them several times over the past 6 months and escalated the issue as well to no avail. The only time I would ever use their service again is if I were dying and this is the only hospital I could be taken to. Stay away from them!!
