The good: The sales person was quite knowledgeable. No problem in taking test drives.
The bad: Pressured to make a decision on the spot by finance manager, walked away, then told the deal was only good today. Dealer tried to switch cars keeping higher financing costs. What was told over phone was never what happened any time we went back, i.e. docs ready to sign, additional charges etc. After purchase (they had the exact car) there were financing issues, no one cared, no one followed up, the following week, had to go sign all new documents. The next week another phone call, the wrong VIN number is registered with DMV and Financing. New paperwork again. Little explanation of financing costs. Will never go back to this dealer for any other car purchase even if they had the right vehicle.
