HORRIBLE Experience-THey falsely claim A+ ratings NOT even BBB accredited and rated F by BBB

This company hounded me with mailings and phone calls when my home was listed for foreclosure
SO I gave in and contacted them to see if all their marketing and advertising claims would possibly
be somewhat truthful. I called them about 30 days before my foreclosure date and someone with a somewhat casual nonchalent attitude told me that they would set up a consults. Days went by I never heard back . Then i again contacted them throught a chat box on their website. and someone again promised I would get a call from another person to set up a talk with the lawyer.
I waited 5 days never got a call. I finally called and talked to Mike who was the intake person and he gathered all my information. And he did set up a consult and it was now 14 days before the foreclosure date. I played phone tag with them several times and never got a call from the attorney for a consult . Finally I got Mike to set that up and it is now 8 days befofre the foreclosure date .The lawyer got on the call with no information or the wrong information. I had to try to explain a vey long set of detailed information again but the lawyer had such a condescending attitude and without any information on my case procedede to tell me most people dont have a good case though they think they do, He offered no help in the way of other options to help me either with a loan modification or bankruptcy. He belittled me for having only 8 days to stop the foreclosure. As if I had just decided to call for the first time! I was so insuted and finally disgusted with his no can do attitude and uncaring callous way of talking to me that I gave up. The principal attorney is not helpful, acted as if I was bothering him by calling and I would never put my trust in this company. I can bet the reviews they say are 5 star are written by their staff and not real clients. No one in a legitimate law firm had ever been so unhelpful!
They are not ethical Stay clear away. Their rating from Better Business Bureau is F.
