The customer service is horrible. They will not return calls or emails unless threatened to cancel the order. Shipping was 3+ weeks and then not all products were received and the mounting hardware was not included on what was received. They failed to return a call for a couple days, then promised to ship a replacements with hardware. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the replacement, phone call, or email from Vice Industries, which also is Cruiser Performance. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
