We were contacted by UMS back in Aug. '08 and told they were assigned by FL State Atty General's office to take over accounts for a previous company we had tried to sell through and were ripped off by. Well, after not selling, being told several times there were buyers waiting to be approved, and being taken for $2,000, we still own our timeshare and have not been contacted at all. I've been trying since Aug. '09 to even get a call back and nothing, and every time I did call I got a different person, the previous person no longer worked there, etc.
A letter is definitely going out to FBI, FL State Attorney General, and whomever else to let them know names, dates, etc. and that this company is a scam to us!!! Don't be taken by them. Don't let someone tell you they've been 'assigned' to handle the lawsuit and to send them money. YOU call them back, or check BBB first for business ethnics, etc.
