We meet United Home improvement Centers at OC fairgrounds. Guess we learned our lesson by not doing a background on the company!Dan came to our home on 8/20/2010. We signed a contract and paid for two retractable awnings. They were supposed to do the installation within a week. Has not happened! After 2 weeks we called and called. Finally received a call back...lots of time passed by without communication. Dan came to our home on 9/3/2010 we made some changes to our order ...now it is paid in full. Well we were told they would start on 9/5. We have not heard a word from them. Called today no answer. We were at the pomona fairgrounds this past weekend. We heard from someone that used to work for them that they were there. we were told that they are slow....should not be any reason why they have not completed your job. Well guess we will be paying a visit to the fairgrounds to check it out. Especially after reading the complaints listed here!
