Review 1/29/2011

This company can't get it right if they tried. I called to complain about errors in the report I pulled on myself and was told, the computer compiles the report. We can not remove anything. We can not change anything.
What happened in my report:
(1) Dead people came back to life.
(2) People who left the country and were living abroad suddenly returned to the US and were living in the US again.
(3) I had gotten a divorce in 1998, but suddenly I was married again.
(4) I was shown as living at the same residence with my dead ex-husband, my 2 former sisters-in-law and my former mother-in-law. I haven't seen these people since 1997.
(5) One former sister-in-law lives in India. The other in Canada. My former mother-in-law lives in London, England, but the report says they all live with me in Orange County, CA, USA.
(6) It also says my ex-husband is alive and he died in 2007 in San Diego. He died in a horrible accident that was note worthy that the story was on the TV news, in the newspapers and carried on blogs. Yet the data compilers can't seem to find a death certificate for him or note down that he is dead. Every year they note that he ages on his birthday. I call. I email and no site will remove him. I send links to the newspaper article with the notice of his death, but they refuse to put in a date of death or remove his profile. This site is the same. They say they can not do anything because "it is public record and we can not change it." His death certificate IS public record and it says he is dead. He died June 25, 2007. Get with it. They out and out refuse to pull a death cert and make the change. They are incredibly lazy.
(7) There was more, much more, but you get the idea.
What I found to be true about this site:
The computer compiles the information. The people who work there claim to know nothing. They say, "I don't know" an awful lot. The who work there claim they can't do anything to the data as the computer pulls the data. Once the data is up it can not be modified or removed. Essentially, the data is stuck and you are stuck with what is there.
I have not found out yet how to opt out of the site or remove myself from the site, but the next time they do a data dump I will be back up on the site so it is kind of useless.
It is back to sealing my records to keep myself out of the public eye and off these sites.
