This company sold me a building saying it was a resale of building that was already canceled once before. I signed the agreement with the stipulation that I would not be able to take delevery until I finished a job I was on out of state. When it came time to go home at the end of the job, I was laid off. I called US Buildings and told them I would not be able to take delivery. It was then that I was made aware of the small print in the contract that if I cancel I owe 50% of the contract. I have already paid 25% of the contract up front for a building that supposedly was already manufactured, and now have to pay another $2700 because I can't afford it because I've been laid off. Be sure to read the small print.
