I received horrible HORRIBLE service from UPS that really made me question how they value there customer. I was interested in a moving company that was reputable and could hand customers as well as my personal belongings. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!! What ended up happening was UPS charged my account for someone Else's shipping. They took out $250+ out of my account. When I called into there customer service, the women I spoke with reversed the charges before they were taken out of my account. What I did not know was that the money was still going to be taken out of my account. I then called back after I saw it taken out, and the supervisor told me that my refund was coming and then proceeded to argue with me in telling me that UPS WAS NOT WRONG!!!!! I was baffled..... Arguing with the customer on top of not taking responsibility for the missing money that I do not have access to. CRAZY!!!! So I hung up called back and spoke with another supervisor who told me the same thing. My refund was coming. Then when I threatened to write the corporate office and asked for an address the phone quickly transferred to another supervisor who promised to call there billing office, he gave me his personal number and told me that he would be in contact with me. All the time avoiding my question about the address to the corporate office. Before the conversation ended I finally received the address and wrote the office a letter that night to be sent to corporate the next day. I received no response or phone call. The was week one. Week two rolls around and I still did not receive my refund, and the supervisor that gave me his number was no where to be found. I then called again; still with no money to make my shipments; and spoke with another supervisor that told me she reversed the charges as well. I assumed the charges were already reversed because that's what was told to me. So week three rolls around and HOORAY there was money in my account, except it was not the money in whole amount in which they took out of my account. I was promised that they money would be put into my account so I made plan for the money that they promised would be put back into my account. Called again for the 6 or 7th time and spoke with another supervisor which made promises. So needless to say it too 4 week and three deposits into my account before they made the corrects that was completely there fault and no one never offered to take anything off of my shipping or tried to keep me as a customer. HORRIBLE SERVICE THINK TWICE B4 U USE THEM!!!!
