These guys are out for money. They aren't concerned about their tenants. We had a major plumbing back-up, they hired a cheap contractor, and even though we complained a few times, they wouldn't hire someone with the capabilities to immediately fix the issue. We were without toilets and showers for 2 weeks. Upon move out we were charged for miscellaneous items like clearing leaves, replacing light bulbs - which we replaced every single one of before we left, blind replacements for the blinds that were broken before we moved in. We know that some of the charges upon leaving were reasonable, such as cleaning the carpets, but we also know some of them weren't. They will suck your blood, then your wallet. Be careful. Our property manager left part of the way through the lease, and the new PM was obviously out to attempt impressing her employer. She never requested to inspect/visit the property after she started so the first time she saw it was when we moved out. With all of my heart, I recommend you consider renting from a company caring and reasonable. Do not waste your time and money with Tyson.
