HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!
We didnt have a choice on this company. They were contracted through a 3rd party to be the ones who picked up my belongings. We had a very simple move...move a small storage until (a 9x10) from WA to GA. From the beginning they never called before they arrived to give us notice and took over 4 hours to pack a unit that was already 90% packed. When they left they showed the use of 10 boxes on the inventory sheet for incidentals etc. When I go t the call of the final amount due they over charged by 5 boxes and the use of a long haul mover?!?!? Since I had to do a cashiers check for the amount THEY said was owed I couldnt do anything about it except demand a count on arrival. Well when they showed up 3 days late, once again without a call stating they were here like promised they only used 10 boxes and said they would refund us the difference. What a joke. The move was in April and I just got notification that the check they FINALLLY sent after weeks of their "its in the mail speech" bounced 2 times for NSF. What company doesnt have $57 in their bank account???? The number I have for them is disconnected and on top of it you should see the condition of my property! They packed a tool box ON lamp shades. They broke a huge chunk off a dresser and simply put it in a drawer not telling anyone. Frames smashed totes broken with duck tape on them to try and repair. I have never dealt with a company so bad in my life. I will be taking them to small claims court for my money they owe and have filled a claim for all of my broken property. Please do your homework!!!
