We hired this Company from our Move from MI to KY. I paid my $300 advance on May 20th 2010 and Sales rep "Cliff" promised that they will send a truck to pick up things from MI on 27th May 2010 . but I got a call from dispatch on May 26th at 5 30 PM that they can not come on 27 as their truck is broken and hang on me. and when i tried to call back i hit their VM that office is closed. and when I called on 27 morning and asked for Cliff they told me that he is not in office and will call you back in an hr but no one ever called us back ...after 2-3 tries i gave my wrong name and asked for cliff and they transfered me to cliff and he told me that their truck had an accident and cant meet 27 th date and he will check with dispatch and let me know in 30 minutes ...after that i called atleast 10 time but no one put me throug to Cliff. and in last some one from sales "Scot" called me and informed that they can't pick till June 6th and when I asked them to cancel my order they agreed aftefr that i tried so many times to call cliff but he never came online. so i wrote email to get my $300 back ...i got his reply that they cancelled my order and gave my money back.... which i never recieved ...so I am going to take legal action ....

Please do not use this company at all.....
