I was recently contacted by First Title Transfer. Same story... they have a "buyer" and contract and want me to send money for closing by check or money order. Closing date is less than 4 weeks away. Although the invoice indicates First Title Transfer, the document properties indicates a title of "Timeshare Network Solutions" with Nick Galante as the author. First Title is a Florida company as was just filed May 25, 2010. Looks like the buyer should beware of this company too.
