This company totally messed up three reservations I had in Honolulu. And when the mistakes were found, Tickfolio never responded and turned the reservation over to a travel agency that had no clue on how to correct the mistakes made my Tickfolio. Tickfolio would not reply to the emails after mistakes were found and credit cards were charged for the rooms.
I am in the travel service industry and would not use this company again. People need to be aware that they are eager and excited to begin a booking but their follow through and accuracy is margainal to say the least.
