We signed up with the call store 3 months ago. They said we would only have to pay for 'qualified' leads. We only received about 10-20 calls during the 3 month time that they guaranteed at least 60 leads would come our way and not just calls. Out of the 10-20 calls we received during this time period, only 1 was a legitimate lead for the type of service we provide. It did not turn into a job. The calls that the call store gets to our company have been the worst leads i have ever received from any referral source. Now they do not want to refund any of the disputed leads and they have not yet determined if they will refund our membership fee as guaranteed in their contract. We wasted time and money with the call store. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. I would consider any positive reviews about this company to be friends of theirs and/or part of the scam itself. Good thing we requested this refund before the 120 days expired.
