First off, I would like to note that this company is #2 on the slum-lord list. I moved into a 12 unit apartment about 11 months ago. When I moved in it was privately owned. About a month into my least T&C took over. T&C has AWFUL customer service. They are slow to fix repairs and have actually caused tension between tenants. My garage was given to a new tenant after 10 months of renting it. When the new tenant let T&C know of the situation, they told him to put a lock on the garage and call APD, WITH MY CAR IN IT! When I called the office to let them know, I was answered with attitude and a unwillingness to correct the situation. I was told that they would not tell the tenant to leave my car and garage alone until they could look over my lease that following Monday. When I called Monday to follow up, I was never called back. My neighbor had a flood in her garage directly under her bedroom, which caused her bedroom carpet to become soaking. T&C has not called anyone out to clean the carpets, even though this occurred two weeks ago. There is construction material in our laundry area including broken glass, empty paint buckets and even a bathroom s sink. THREE requests to have this cleaned up have gone unmet. I have NEVER been more unsatisfied with a apartment manager in my life, and would recommend that NO ONE use this company. They are the rudest most non understanding people out there and I personally feel that if you do not like your job, THEN GET A NEW ONE. We do not deserve the treatment or to be ignored. Awful awful company!
