Terrible Service Buyers Beware

I ordered a size 12. They sent me a size 9.5 which of course was too small. They refused to admit they made a mistake and I am out $60 in shipping costs of which they refuse to reimburse. This is one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with and I don't think I am the only one with problems. I urge you to beware and not to deal with this company. I purchased these shoes on ebay and should of checked thier history as they have changed their name a couple of times. This is a red flag which I only noticed after I ordered the shoes. TallMenShoes has terrible customer service. Doing business with this company was a costly mistake.
