SCAM ALERT!! I received a call in Septmeber 2010 from someone who identified themselves as being from my local copier supply company. (I have found out that these toner pirates cold call with a survey and request to know who you make your toner/paper/cleaning supply purchases from and then call back and represent themselves as that company.) I was told that the price of our copier toner was going to dramatically increase but they could save me money by pre-ordering a case of 3. Since I was lead to believe that it was the trusted company that I have always done business with, I agreed to the pre-order. I have since been shipped 3 cases (9 toners) for a total of $2,711.00 that would have cost me only $390 if purchased from my local company! I placed complaints with the California Attorney General's office & the Michigan Attorney General's office as well as here at the BBB. In response to the CA Attorney General complaint, I was contacted today by a woman who identified herself as Theresa. I told her that I wanted to return all of the toner and get a full refund. She said that it was not company policy make full refunds but she was willing to refund me $698.00 only as long as I agreed to consider the matter settled to my satisfaction. When I said that this was fraud her reply to me was "only if you can prove it". That statement pretty much tells the whole story.
