Narrowly missed what I'm sure would have been a bad experience with this company. Up until the last minute, Janet and the rest of the staff were courteous. They had recommended I contact movinginsurance.com to insure my goods, which I did. Then movinginsurance.com notified me that Sunshine was not accredited and that they would have to apply in order for me to get insurance. Janet assured me this was no problem and strung me along for several weeks. The day before the move, She told me they were not able to get accredited but that they would "be very careful" with my furniture. She then confirmed that if something happened to the truck, that I would only get $3,000 in compensation (for a shipment valued at almost $100,000). I cancelled the move and have been waiting for a refund ever since. They kept telling me that my refund would be forthcoming. This was over two months ago. Their toll-free number has now been disconnected so I am dealing with my credit card company. After reading the other reviews, I am so grateful that they didn't touch my furniture.
