This is a complaint about a moving co called Sunshine Movers Aka Cardenas movers or whomever they decide to email it to. We got someone from the Dallas area and they were awful. The driver lets you know he doesn’t want to be there he rushes you to sign papers, cant hanrdly speak english, he actually leaves the loaders there alone does not supervise and stays on the phone so you cannot possibly get any answers from him.I had the funds like i was told to have them cashiers ck, he was not happy with that says ill have to cash it,no banks were open. He was unprofessional. He told us the amount of the move after they loaded everything was 3,000 more than the original 3190.00 we had agreed on.We listed everything called 5 times or more to verifiy. Then they advertise that they wrap everything and cover with blankets they do not. They wrapped part of the items and no blankets. If the blankets had been used then all the items that had huge scratches and the 50 year old piano would have been torn up like it was. Broken glass in china hutches. Nothing got away with out scratches and gouges. Okay then we let him know she is on a fixed income and doesn’t have that kind of money she is also disabled. Its sat 3pm and the banks are closed anyway. The office was also told the same thing and the Mgr says “He cannot work under these conditions” . So now the delivery gets moved from sat to Monday when the banks are open. What can you do they have your life in the truck already. Now we have packed everything and they were hired do pack also. No help with that. Okay then Monday gets here. We go to the bank. Came through with the additional amount. They come to the delivery point and decided he can’t get into the drive which we have never had a problem before. Then he decided to unload in the driveway. Of course after he gets the money. he wouldn’t even open the doors on the truck til he got it all. I was also told they would have everything into the building we had purchased just for the stuff. Then the driver decides he is going to unload the stuff into the driveway and what don’t fit goes in the street. I asked why …and he has decided that the truck needed to be moved and he would unload it then come back and move everything to the building …then the story changes. He will not move anything to the building he wants an additional 1500 to do anything else. Then the office wouldn’t give us a straight answer and would say the truck needed to be moved and I asked him point blank about it he avoided the question. i was charged for a full load on an 18 wheeler but we put everything on the truck into the 12 x 32 storage building we had purchased so its seems we were definatly overcharged. Then things got heated I called the police the driver was one the phone would not talk to us and told one lady the shut the f..k up. The officer saw the leaking brakes, bald tires, and a few other things and decided the hwy patrol needed to be called. The office then calls and offers a 500.00 discount if we sign a release stating the move went great and that we guarantee no tickets or warrants. He was told we don’t have time to talk right now we are busy. Nothing was going to be signed that stated any of that. I will let everyone in the world I can tell know about this company and not to trust the BBB rating and report its not even close to being accurate. This was wrong to do a disabled person this way. I am sure there is a lot more that I probly forgot to mention but I feel like I have said most all of the important parts. Oh yeah I also have pictures and witnesses and a police report where we had him come out so I can prove my end to be true.
