I would give negative stars, but the system does not allow it. The company was great when we were contacting movers and getting quotes, they told us everything we wanted to hear after carefully researching. The day of the move, the 'foreman' who came to pack our things was a very slick talker who wouldn't aswer questions directly and would instead talk in circles. He forgot to sticker many items. We were promised that the same person would be there for pickup and delivery, this was not true. We had broken items, some due to transit and some due to improper reassembly. We are still missing boxes from our move over two weeks ago and have no idea when we will get them. Please use another mover!!!
