My experience with this company was not a good one. I never dealt with a moving company before but after this experience I will be better prepared not to get suckered into contract with a price gauging company like Sunshine. Our quote came in very low for our move and that is a scam to try and get customers to sign with them, after you already gave them your list of furniture, where you are moving ect... They low ball the estimate to make them look more appealing to their competitors. Little did I know that they were off on the cubic feet by over 600 and that my "items" were larger than they thought("contract says regular size items")...How convenient!! They were off so much that after I signed for that price give or take a couple hundred they came back adding an additional $1320 on top of what the estimated me After the furniture was already in the truck.. This company should be shut down or investigated for their misleading prices. We felt robbed by this company who did not offer much help besides a lousy $100 off the price. I will be continuing to spread the word about this company and how poor customer service we received from the start. To top it off they never recommended a in house inspection of the furniture, which is another red flag in my book. With an in house inspection they can not up the price...Please be aware of moving companies that would rather you fill out a stupid form with all that you are moving, this is their way to get more from you. This company is trash.
