Stamps.com Seems Simple Enough, but....

(7.6.13) Two problems: First, the program kept telling me to close MS Word ... even after I closed both programs and started the install over again. I don't know if it ever completely installed or not. Second, I could not get the "Envelope" print function
to work. And to make matters worse I signed up on a weekend when CS is closed. I have an HP Officejet 6500, a common enough printer, but I got an error message that the Stamps.com program needed to reconfigure. Go figure!! All I need are two 1st Class stamps,
and all this rigmarole. I suppose it will be convenient enough once I get it running, but right now I'm a bit less than satisfied. Now I remember why I avoided using Stamps.com for so many years.
