As the majority of submitted complaint here, to my demise, I was charged for the S&H to a supposedly Ruby CZ Flower Cocktail Ring without receiving the item. Only thing that I am glad about was SparklesForever did not charge me with the particular ring only the Shipping and Handling. I believed that this is a scam company.
