won't return emails, or call but charges credit card

I applied to refinance my mortgage on March 23, 2021. It is very difficult to get phone calls returned or answered as well as replies to emails. The last communication I had with my loan officer was for him to get the credit card information for a $250.00 appraisal. I recently learned he has taken a leave of absence and have since been assigned to a loan processor who also lacks in communication skills. The Sovereign Lending information included in emails provides an email address to email managers for concerns. The emails I have sent have been returned to me as unable to deliver or not part of their email group. I feel like I've been taken for $250.00. Would not recommend Sovereign Lending Group. Less than one star is my honest opinion.
