I came across Solid Foundation Tile and Stone as a recommendation by my management company when I suddenly needed to redo a master bathroom in my Carlsbad home. I have VERY picky tenants and a home that I had taken great pride in restoring. When the bathroom suddenly needed to be redone due to mold, I was extremely stressed and torn between maintaining the beauty of the all stone bathroom I had, and installing a more tenant friendly porcelain version. Brooke of Solid Foundation Tile and Stone helped me to create a happy medium by beautifully combining wood grain porcelain tiles and using my former slate material as an accent. Brooke was extremely patient and communicative from the quote through the finished project. All prices were clearly communicated up front, the work was done entirely to schedule. Not only that, Brooke worked with me to determine style and implementation while also coordinating with the management company AND the framing contractor for access, construction specs, and timeline. This was an excellent business with which to work, and I will absolutely use them again in the future.
