Worst Motorcycle shop I have ever been to! Don’t let at rating fool you these people know nothing about what care for other peoples property means. On top scratching up my 3 month old motorcycle, Simi Valley Cycles claimed not to have done it. Odd, I know it wasn’t like that when I came in… when I asked what about the parts I had replaced they were in various locations, trash tool boxes, re-packaged for sale. Yea, you read that correctly re-packaged. Then there were the items that were paid for, and paid to be installed but alas no, when asking about them I was given a number to call. Months later I still haven’t received my parts or a phone call but $100-200 stolen by a shop is all well and good because now I know where not to go.
