Mark H.. I don't see how that's even possible, even if you are located at Hawaii or Alaska, the company is not even open during those hours so I dont see how your friend got a call, and why are you complaining for your friend?

My name is Yousef, Me and my friends have built a total of over 13 sites with this company, and never had a single compliant for the past 3 years, so I dont know what these guys are complaining about, They can build,design,program anything! Nothing is impossible for them so I strongly suggest this company if you are planing on getting a new site. Cheapest prices ever for everything you can even ask around, except for hosting fee's you can find cheaper hosts, but its just $10 so dont be cheap. All in All the best Web development company I have ever seen in my life. You wont regret a day with them.
