Terrible customer service. Rude people. If they are cat breeders then they either need to spend more time in socializing themselves to people skills and intereacting or live in the wild with their feral friends.
My story: I was doing some research on the ragdoll breed and was given a list of breeders whom I started to contact in hopes of adopting a kitten for the upcoming holidays. When I called, a man answered the phone then hung up while I was mid-sentence. He later called me back (must've used caller ID), so I introduced myself. When I asked him about his website, the name of his breeder he came off a little standoffish so I went ahead and explained to him that I was interested in buying a kitten and had contacted several breeders, and I was trying identify which one he was.... he then responded "you are not winning brownie points with me by saying that". Very rude and irradic response!
I am the customer here, I am not trying to kiss up to any breeder for their kittens. You either have 1)the kitten I am interested in... and 2) know how to speak with someone in a conversation, otherwise I am not interested nor need your business. My rating for this business is an "F". They failed right from the start.
