We bought an expensive Sharp microwave. After just a few years, it stopped working. We called Sharp to try to buy a replacement part for the microwave. Sharp kept us on hold for hours and never would let us buy the part. I contacted Sharp and told them they needed to send us a new microwave, but they refused. I'm never going to buy another Sharp product again. Buyer beware when it comes to Sharp's defective products.
