I rented my rv for Labor Day weekend of 2010 from share my rv. Upon my arrival I was an hr late arriving at 5 30 pm but I called three times to confirm I was stuck in holiday traffic and was on my way they said no problam we'll see you when you get here. Just before leaving with the rv for the weekend they asked me when will you return it , I said about this time on Tuesday 4 days later. When I arrive share my rv told me they are charging me a 85 dollar fine for a late arrival pick up for one hr regardless that I called to say I was in traffic. Then they charged me a 250.00 dollar fine for returning the rv after 11 am. I told them you never told me 11 am was the return time even after I clearly said I would return it after 4 pm. They said it's on our web site and in the contract. On the website it says you will be charged between 50.00 to 250.00 for late returns but it doesnt say what time the return time is. Nor is it posted or do they tell u. They also charged me for an additional day of rental, because I returned it after 4 30 pm. This place is criminal and they will make sure they keep all yoiur deposite money and then some. DO NOT go there !!!!!!!!
