I depended on this company for honesty, professionalism. They have created new problems for me when I already had a disaster from my home being flooded. Their employee and the plumber they called took out my new water heater and damaged the unit. The owner of the franchise promised me he would replace the water heater and get the plumber to pay his half for a new water heater. Over a month has passed, my contractor needs to put in the new tank and we still do not have a replacement. The owner at Servpro told me he was ordering a new unit through a dealer so he could get the discount. Now I cannot get him to answer my calls. They damaged our screen to the window with their machine to blow out air, they piled all our items from bedroom and closet on top of furniture in living room, kitchen and dining area and tore mattress, damaged furniture, cracked Tiffany lamp and other items. They made a complete mess for us and just walked away without following through to correct this problem. I don't know about other locations but this franchise does not care about their customer or their company.
