This company should be shut down. The only thing they are good at is selling you on a contract. They rope you into a 3 year contract with a smile. Now 3 Years later we've learn that we have been automatically renewed for another 36 months, a month before
we move to our new home, and the support team is yelling at my wife explaining how it is our fault and there is nothing we can do about it. The only kind of company that would create this type of contract is one that doesn't care about there customers. Clear
and simple. On the service quality - the equipment is cheap, as discovered by the 20+ false alarms we dealt with over a 3 year period. At one point we had a tech come out to review the situation, only to charge us $100 to replace a 10 dollar infrared unit
that was a year old. This of course didn't solve the false alarm problems, and there solution was of course that they would be happy to send out a tech for a nominal fee. In the end this company has cost us 100% more than a more reputable company would have
cost. STAY AWAY
