Seagate has changed So MUCH .. I think they need a wake up call !! Im sure they are starting to feel the pinch from customers Not Buying their product .. not only because of failures, but because of attitude and policies. They simply do not care. Id recommend anyone with a failed drive etc to write a review or file a complaint. I just filed a complaint. My Issue is with 1tb 7200.11 external drives. The fact that they have known defective factory drives and do not issue recalls, is beyond bad business practices. Id like to see them function as a company using these drives w/o professional backup !! They, like we would be spending all our time trying to retreive data, fix the issue .. loose their whole history of any drive, person etc that theyve ever conducted. Id like them to experience things at a real level. Loosing data .. sounds so simple, yet this data is so valuable and without it causes more than problems, its data we can not do without. Medical data, Disaster Data .. photos, etc etc .. Lets Wake them up!!
