Needs to re-staff and rethink operations. Lack of communication with tenants and workers within business. Unreasonable lease agreements and outrageous charges for ridiculous claims on their part. If your a college student you will be taken advantage of and treated like a child. These past two years with them has been a nightmare with them and we're definitely looking for new landlords next year. Stay away from SLO PROP!
