BUYER BEWARE

Very disappointing and what I would consider a total rip off. Our company has purchased a VIP box at a local venue for more than 15 years. We were recently offered "presale" tickets to Rolling Stones. We were provided 4 "exclusive" package offers. We opted
for the lower level, which was $800 each. Premium lower level, w/ some concert merchandise. Our purchase was more geared at the seats vs. the merchandise. We elected to purchase 23 tickets, over $18K. Aftyer requesting several times, we were advised of our
seat #'s one week before the concert and received the tickets the week of. The tickets had a cost printed on them of $428.50. I went online directly to the Stones website only to find that the exact row, next 18 seats were listed at $412.50. You can imagine
the disappointment. An $8K markup. When I borught this up to SLO, they said there was nothing they could do. I expected to pay a fee but that is ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the "merchandise" will arrive within 30 days "after" the show. While the Stones
are always a good act, we did not get our $$'s worth. Be careful with this company. They almost damanged a 15 year + relationship and if it weren't for our reps making it right (they paid out of pocket), they would've lost our annual contract. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!
