This was not easy. This company is not bad. I had already got a mod and ended up past due again. I was called and told they could help...yes I was calling BS from the beginning. Jeff told me they could help and I totally played along...I am no sucker! I heard how they could help me...hahaha still playing along with this bs...i knew I was Fked if I didnt pay my mortgage and let them tell me what I wanted to hear. I didnt care about leaving my house at the end of the day...So I paid them so I could say I tried, and to keep me in the house as long as possible. I didnt expect much..I gave them what they wanted and months went by...I obviously thought I got scammed after 3 month of dealing with them..it is almost impossible to get a hold of them sometimes...well low and behold I got a call saying i had an offer WTF?? I barely wanted to keep my house
and was looking at other places actually...ok well I got paperwork from Citi mortgage agreeing to lower my balance and save me almost 700 bucks...well call me lucky but I have never wrote a good or bad review but today is the day...this company helped me--- best of luck to you...this company is not perfect to say the least...but better that i thought.
