I entered into a contract in Oct 0f 2010 for a loan modification. I made them put into my contract that i would get a 100% refund if they were not able to get a modification. They failed and now refuse to refund my $3000. I have called and emailed them with no response. I am trying to find a lawyer to take my case. I filed a BBB complaint, as well as filing a complaint with the Calif. Attorney Generals office.
