Complete scam!!! I purchased a trial of their product for $1.99. They charged my account for 4th time in the months of October without my authorization for $79.99, $87.62, $87.62, and last charge was $48.00. I was supposed to have a 14 day risk free trial. When I called them, they kept me on hold for a while, telling me there is nothing they can do about the refund. I told them that I have their letter proving that I am still in the trial period, but "customer service" person Romello did everything not to hear my arguments. Then I faxed them this letter, and called back. I was told Romello does not work in their company. What a surprise!Then, there was another customer unti-service person Sebastian who was not helpful at all. My request to speak with superwisor was ignored, then I was told all supervisors are busy at present. I waited, and waited, and waited on hold. I was refunded first charge back after I spent a rediculous amount of time with them on the phone. I felt, that my rights as a customer were completely ignored by this company and its associates. When I noticed 3 more charhes on my account, I choose to dispute them through my bank, in order to avoid dealing with the abusive "customer service". I can't imagine why this company stil operates...
