Well, if you need a cheap oil change, this is your place. That's what started me going here.
The next time I went, I needed rear brakes. They convinced me to pay for several other repairs (CV joint, valve cover gasket), which were at a decent price, so I agreed.
My third visit, I needed a new radiator. This time there was heavy pressure from the salesman to perform all kinds of tune up procedures, all of which were very over priced from the start. I was really taken advantage of this time. One of the repairs they suggested was my valve cover gasket, which they had just replaced a few months prior! They did agree to repair under warranty, but what they did to stop the leak was unacceptable in my book; They just applied heavy silicone to the gasket and reinstalled it.
I also had them perform fuel injector service, which included a fuel injector kit and, from the sounds of it, some fuel injector cleaner additive. They charged 69.95 just to pour the cleaner in the tank! A few months later, I poured some of my own cleaner in the tank and the car started running better, which makes me believe that they didn't do anything with the injectors.
Just recently, the radiator that I bought from them, which was supposed to be new, started leaking. When I took it back to them, they tried to look up my records on their computer and they could not find even my name. I'm very lucky I saved the receipt, otherwise, I know they would have tried to charge me full price.
Another thing I've noticed is that everytime I go here, there is different people working. No 2 times have I seen someone I recognized.
I would really recommend for anyone considering this place to keep on driving!
