DO NOT RESPOND TO THE NOTICES SENT BY THIS COMPANY! Re-assessment of your home costs ZERO dollars! This is a frivolous company whose ads are misleading, odd to be ashamed of what they are doing! The Business Bureau should shut them down for bad faith advertising. Notices are made to appear like they are official notices from the Assessor's office except a "service fee" is included along with a deadline. Innocent homeowners may be misled into thinking they are dealing with a the City's Assessor's Office and end up paying a fee which they will likely never get back unless they take this joke of a company to court. Calls to the business to have them cease and deceast their mailings go unanswered. Shred their notices and file your complaints with yoru local business bureau. I am also contacting my elected officials to advise them of this business and their shameless dealings.
