We found the only help Premier gave us was putting us in more debt. They overdrew are checking account, when we told them we didnt have enough money in. Then we had to fax off so many documents that it cost me almost 30.00. Money we didnt have, if I would of sent off everything they kept asking for it would have been more. Now when I try to contact them to find out why they havent done anything yet. Their phone line is always busy, all day long, anytime of day you might try to call. If by a slim chance you do get through, like I did once, they will not let you talk to your adjuster. And the person you talk to, just tells you the same thing over and over, your modification is being reviewed. This is why nobody trusts anybody anymore. People like this that take adantage of people when they are down, and trying to do anything possible to save their home. We are now working with the bank again, and they took our house off sheriff, and hopefully we can still save it, no thanks to Premier.
