Please don't use these people, seems that their only function is to take your money and run! I tried to save my house and got better negotiations dealing directly my bank. They were absolutely worthless, did nothing to earn the $3,500 they ripped off me. Take the money they would charge you and play the lottery, go to Vegas or bet the horses-at least you'll get something for your effort. Don't believe one empty promise or claim that they will do for you. I lost my house and the money I paid them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS when I checked on them back in Aug.2008 they had a 'C' rating now today 9/20/10 they rate an 'F' tooo late for but save yourself and learn from my mistake.
