Stay away from this company. Their idea of customer service is they are always right. They did not fulfill their part of our contract. For 2 weeks, no one was sent to clean our pool. When we called to inquire about the interruption of service, we were blamed for not calling within 24 hours. Then we were told by the service office that our motor was broken and when we had a technician from the company come to look at it and fix it, we were told that there was nothing wrong with it. However, we were still expected to pay the $120 visit fee even though nothing was fixed. Finally, fed up with the horrible service, we called to simply cancel our service and we were yelled for wanting to cancel and were told that we didn't appreciate the lengths they had gone to for us. Unless you enjoy weekly headaches, stay away from this company.
