Disney would be shocked!

Playdom Inc, is an online gaming site with various games that are also offered on social network sites. Acquired in 2010 by The Walt Disney Co, it is not living up to the standards Disney is known for.
The support and customer service is almost non- existent, currently a wait of 7 days for an issue to be resolved seems to be the norm.
Recently changes to the sites various games formats have resulted in large numbers of players unhappy. A new format involving chat and other functions of the game have rendered functionality of the games nil for many.
I play MAA, and GoT, on PD's site, and have played for over 14 months. I am also a paying member of their Inner Circle. In the 14 months of playing there, quality of the game play has declined, and with this implementation of a new format, has rendered this gaming community shocked and quite unhappy. Coloration schemes introduced have caused headaches, vertigo and other issues to many. For those with visual difficulties it has made it extremely difficult for them to play.
I will be cancelling my membership when it expires next month, and plan on finding another game to play. Large numbers of long time players such as myself are quitting, due to all of the difficulties and the lack of Playdoms ability to maintain a quality gaming experience.
