Unhappy Customer
I’m happy that this company has done good by other people. For me there’s been no communication from them to me. I contacted them the other day because UPS informed me that the label was created waiting for my sax so they could ship it to me. They were supposed to receive the sax by Sept. 30th and to no avail they have not received it yet. I can’t get an answer from anyone. For me I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I’m very happy for the people who they treated right. It should not take months to receive an instrument. I’m moving to Florida and I’m on a time schedule and I told them that. I bought my first sax in ‘17 from BrassBarn.com and I got it in 3 weeks. The only reason I am using PlayMusic.com is cause this time I had to finance the sax and BrassBarn.com does not do financing.
